  1. Hi Jane! The dough does get quite hard in the fridge, but it’s never been so hard that I can’t scoop it. Try lvnaieg it out for 20 minutes or so, to let it soften a bit. (I can’t say for sure whether you did anything wrong without more details about your ingredients, etc.) And feel free to email me if you have any questions!
